Notes :

  1. Previous Period's/year's figures have been regrouped wherever necessary.

  2. Regarding the observations of the Auditors in their report for the year ended 31st March, 2008, the position of loans and advances continues to be similar for the reasons stated in the relevant Notes to Accounts.

  3. No investor's complaint was received during the quarter and no complaint was pending at the beginning and end of the quarter.

  4. The above results were reviewed by the Audit Sub-Committee and taken on record by the board of directors in its meeting held on 30th July, 2008 and have been subjected to limited review by the Auditors of the Company.
